I KNOW how absolutely essential taking time for you like this IS. As a burnt out, overworked classroom teacher for 15 years. I put my head down and did the work to be responsible, pay my bills and make it to retirement.

But, I knew deep inside that it wasn't me. I was doing what I thought I had to do to make a living, but I wasn't living my truth. I had a calling deep in my heart to serve the planet in a BIG WAY, but, because of my job and sense of responsibility, I was in a cycle of BURNOUT & SELF DOUBT.

Finally, I hit a WALL. I knew I had to stop, so I found amazing coaching, earned certifications in yoga & meditation and breathwork, and returned to my passions of community, theater, and collaboration.

I opened a wellness studio, launched retreats, and yoga teacher training, and BROKE through the story of being locked in the 9 to 5 to living my best life as a THRIVING SOULPRENEUR.

I'm now an Empowerment Coach, serving soulful beings, like YOU, who are ready to drop people-pleasing, create clear boundaries & FEEL FREE as you rise into your leadership as soulpreneurs, and shift their life from survival mode to thrival mode.
