This is a 25-hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Masterclass focused on Yin and Restorative Yoga, along with Yoga Nidra, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, ritual, and embodied facilitation.
It is designed to deepen the skills and knowledge of existing yoga teachers and wellness professionals while also welcoming those seeking an immersive personal experience.
Yin and Restorative Yoga both invite slowness, stillness, and deeper awareness, but they have different intentions and approaches.
In this masterclass, you'll learn how to understand and confidently teach the distinctions between the two practices, including their postures, principles, sequencing, anatomy, and appropriate use of props and support.

Yoga Nidra is part of the masterclass experience. You'll explore guided relaxation, conscious rest, nervous-system regulation, and ways to integrate Yoga Nidra into Yin, Restorative, and other wellness experiences.
Yes. Safety is an important part of the training.
You'll explore anatomy, posture variations, contraindications, modifications, and ways to create supportive experiences for different bodies and needs.

Practice teaching is a required part of the 25-hour training. You'll have opportunities to put what you're learning into practice and develop greater confidence as an embodied facilitator.
Yes. The masterclass includes in-person and live online components, allowing you to participate through the available training format.
You'll receive 25 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits (CECs) upon completion of the masterclass requirements.
Yes. The 25 hours can count toward Natanya's Feel Free 200 + 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings.
