Receive 1:1 Coaching, an initiation to sound healing & guidance on potent rituals for you to embody the energetic fields of Reiki 1 & 2. If you are a yoga instructor, facilitator, massage therapist, energy healer or soulful being whose ready to amplify your offerings & energy with a Reiki 1 & Reiki 2 Certification Training, with the guidance and attunement of a master, this certification is for you.


In this one-day Reiki 1 & Reiki 2 Training Certification Class, you will learn about Reiki Energy, the history of Reiki, chakras, receive two attunements to have mastered the First and Second Degree Reiki Techniques under the guidance of Reiki Master, Natanya Ruth. In an intimate learning setting, you will receive personalized instruction, and will receive Reiki knowledge, practice and symbols for healing yourself, plants, others and long distance healing based in Natanya's over 20 years of practice as a Reiki Master. You are welcome to take part in Reiki 1 or 2, or take advantage of receiving both certifications together. Plus! You’ll receive an introduction to sound healing to amplify the potency of your Reiki energy, as well as a 60 minute, 1:1 follow up coaching session with Natanya to support your Reiki practice, your growth as an energetic channel and any other wonderings or guidance you’re calling in.

Join Natanya Ruth for Sound Healing & Yin Yoga and treat yourself to 90+ minutes of the exquisite tones of crystals bowls, drum, vibrations and release tension in the body through mindful yin yoga.

Surrender to the healing vibrations of the bowls and allow your mind and heart to open up to a place of peace and love in this special class. A slow, reflective practice, where poses are held for 1-5 minutes, emphasizing an opening and stretching of the deep connective tissues.

This class will leave you with a feeling of deep serenity.

Some Yoga mats are available, but you're invited to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, props, water, eye pillows, and anything more that allows you to feel warm, relaxed and supported.

Classes will be held in the serene park next to the canal, offering a peaceful atmosphere for your practice. Come enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery while elevating your physical and spiritual practice. The fee for each one-hour session is $25. I hope to see you there!

I'm partnering with innerglow yoga & Cape Cod Yoga School founder, Michelle Itzkowitz, and a team of powerhouse teacher trainers to offer a robust 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training program for anyone who wants to teach or just deepen their yogic knowledge.

8 weekends and selected nights during the course for Sadhana, or group practice and lecture.

 

Meetings are held in the Mashpee studio and on Zoom. This format is suitable for anyone with a weekday work or school schedule and allows an opportunity to go deeper in personal practice and study, while in a group setting. 

The first weekend is October 22nd, 2022.
